On April 16, 2025 at approximately 1240 hours, Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Route 611 and the Crossings Outlets.  Through the course of the investigation, the Officer found that the driver of the vehicle, Linda Luthcke was in possession of suspected heroin.  Luthcke admitted that she placed the heroin in her underwear prior to being stopped by the police.  Luthcke was charged with Tampering with Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Drug Paraphernalia.
