During the Months of May and June 2023, Monroe County DTF officers along with Task Force Officers from the FBI conducted multiple controlled narcotic buys from Sean J. Johnson and Cathi M. Jones at the Super 8 Motel on Greentree Dr in East Stroudsburg, PA. Various quantities of Fentanyl were purchased from these individuals from these controlled buys. Search warrants were issued by a Monroe County Judge for the Motel room. Various quantities of narcotics, paraphernalia, and firearms were recovered during this search. Johnson was found to a person not to possess firearms through the investigation. Cell phones were also obtained, and search warrants obtained. Upon searching these phones, information was obtained showing they were utilized in the process of purchasing and selling illegal narcotics. Based upon this information, arrest warrants have been issued for Sean J. Johnson and Cathi M. Jones.
Anybody that has any information on the whereabouts of these individuals is asked to "Submit a Tip" for the investigating officer. All tipsters can remain anonymous.
