On October 3, 2024, at 8:49 p.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to 123 E.D. Christine Drive, Apt 104 for a report of a domestic assault. Upon arrival the victim stated that her boyfriend, Quaheem Holmes began arguing with her. During the argument Holmes threw a chair and it hit the wall leaving a hole, he grabbed her by the neck and punched the victim in the face causing injury. Holmes left prior to police arrival.
