On December 23rd, 2024, at approximately 0054 hours, an Officer with the Pocono Township Police Department stopped 23-year-old Sebastian Hernandez of Kew Gardens New York for failing to move over in an emergency response area. An investigation revealed that Hernandez was driving under the influence of drugs and a consent search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and Oxycodone pills. Hernandez was processed on several charges related to DUI, possession of controlled substances and traffic violations, all of which are pending.
