On 9/15/2024 at 9:22 a.m. Stroud Area Regional Police were dispatched to the Wawa in East Stroudsburg for a trespassing complaint. The complainant reported that a male was panhandling outside. Upon arrival a male outside the Wawa was identified as Keith R. Harting. It was learned that Harting was given a notice of trespass on 9/14/2024 at the same Wawa.
