On October 27th, 2024, at approximately 2330 hours, A Pocono Township Police Officer was on patrol in the area of SR0611 and SR0715 when he observed a vehicle failing to maintain their lane. The Officer conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Ottillie Haitmanek, a 56- year-old, from Spotswood NJ. The Officer observed indicators of impairment. The investigation revealed that Ottillie was in possession of multiple pills. Ottillie was taken into custody for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and was processed, which revealed the presence of Oxycodone and Clonazepam in her system while operating a vehicle. Charges filed.
