On March 28, 2025 at approximately 1325 hours, Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to a residence in Scotrun for a report of a male violation an active Protection From Abuse Order by breaking into the residence of the protected party. Officers arrived on scene and observed damage to the residence of the protected party and through investigation were able to place 23-year-old Robert J. Giardini of Scotrun, at the residence and having been the one who caused the damage.
