ARRESTDetails MapOn November 09, 2024 at 0326 hours, an Officer with the Pocono Township Police Department was on patrol when they observed a vehicle to be swerving in and out of the traffic lane. The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and made contact with the driver, 44 year old Lisa Gallagher of Tobyhanna, PA. Through further investigation the officer observed several signs of impairment. Gallagher was transported to St. Luke's Monroe where a blood draw was completed.
