On August 28, 2024, at 1:32 a.m. a traffic stop was made by the Stroud Area Regional Police at the Wawa on Prospect Street in East Stroudsburg. Contact was made with the passenger in the vehicle Christian Flowers. The operator of the vehicle consented to a search of the vehicle which yielded multiple items of drugs, and drug paraphernalia that were located in a backpack found in the rear of the vehicle. Flowers confessed that the backpack belonged to him. Flowers was taken into custody and during a search incident to arrest, found on him was more drug paraphernalia. Flowers was transported to the Monroe County Correctional Facility for processing.
An arrest warrant was issued for Christian Jovon Flowers for summons undelivered.
