ARRESTDetails MapOn Wednesday, January 1st, 2025, at 0100 hours, Officers from Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to an address in Scotrun, PA for a report of an intoxicated female that was out of control and breaking things in the house. When officers arrived, they were able to observe Ceara Fletcher, a 20-year-old female through a kitchen window, on the floor screaming. Family members met officers in the driveway of the residence, and they explained that Ceara was trying to fight everyone inside the residence. Officers observed injuries to a male consistent with a physical altercation. After further investigation, Officers learned that the victim was assaulted while attempting to calm Ceara down. Ceara was taken into custody for domestic related charges and transported to Monroe County Correctional Facility to be processed on those charges.
