On March 2, 2025, at approximately 0840 hours, Pocono Township Police responded to a call for a vehicle stopped in the roadway of Route 611 near Wawa. Upon arrival, officers found the driver, Saquawn Davis, a 25-year-old male, unconscious in the driver's seat with his foot on the brake. Davis was subsequently transported to Monroe County Correctional Facility and charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI). All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
