On September 6th, 2024 at approximately 9:22 a.m. officers of the Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Route 611 in Scotrun. The vehicle did not display a valid Pennsylvania inspection sticker. Upon contact with the driver and defendant, Mark Davis a 44-year-old male from East Stroudsburg, the officer was handed an inspection sticker that was not issued to the vehicle. Further investigation followed and the defendant admitted to possessing a small amount of marijuana as well.

Chargers filed for possessing a small amount of marijuana, and displaying a fraudulent inspection.
