On April 16, 2025 at approximately 1240 hours, the Pocono Township Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at Route 611 and the Crossing Outlets.  The Officer observed Donald Daniels in the passenger seat with drug associated paraphernalia between his legs.  As Daniels was requested to exit the vehicle, a fold of heroin fell onto the floorboard of the passenger side.  Daniels was charges with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
