ARRESTDetails MapOn Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, at approximately 1130 hours, a Pocono Township Police Officer was on patrol in the area of SR0611 and Scotrun Drive when the license plate reader hit on a Mazda for an expired and suspended registration. When the officer ran the registration to confirm the information, he found the registered owner also had a suspended driver's license. The officer lost dight of the vehicle but later observed it at Back Mountain Road and Sullivan Trail and conducted a traffic stop. Through further investigation, Robert Cunningham, a 29- year- old male from Albrightsville, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Charges have been filed for the drug related offenses and the traffic related offenses.
