On February 7th, 2025, at 1526 hours Officers with the Pocono Township Police Department responded to 1000 Premium Outlets DR for a reported assault.

Officers arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who stated a customer came into the store and began hovering around them for no reason before making inappropriate contact with the victim without their consent.

Officers were able to identify the female as 34-year-old Stephanie Casey of Stroudsburg, PA, the defendant in this matter was charged accordingly.
