ATTEMPT TO LOCATE- OLDER WARRANTS
A traffic stop was conducted by Stroud Area Regional Police Department on 07/28/2023 at approximately 2:20 a.m. on Interstate 80. While conducting a check of driving privileges it was discovered that the operator of the vehicle, Travis Britt, was driving under suspension, DUI related. The vehicle owner who was also present in the car, consented to a vehicle search, which resulted in locating drug paraphernalia. A check of the vehicle registration showed it expired and was not registered to that particular vehicle. Britt was taken into custody, and a search incident to arrest, produced further drug paraphernalia.
Charges were filed on Britt and all summons were returned undelivered. On 2/5/24 a warrant for Britt's arrest was issued.
