ARRESTDetails MapOn April 1st, 2025, an officer with the Pocono Township Police Department responded to the area of the Pocono Farmstand Nursery along Rt 611 in Tannersville for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Through the investigation, the officer found that the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the collision was under the influence. Simon Borowski, a 46 year-old male from the Tobyhanna area was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI. It was later found that Borowski had a BAC in excess of three-times the legal limit. Charges have been filed.
