ARRESTDetails MapOn Friday, April 11th, 2025, at approximately 1514 hours, Officers from the Pocono Township Police Department were dispatched to the area of Sky-High Drive for a motor vehicle accident. Officers arrived on scene and observed a blue Chevrolet Silverado in the ditch. Officers made contact with the defendant, Christopher Baldwin, a 39-year-old male from Bushkill. Through further investigation, Officers were able to smell the odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from Christopher and believed he was driving under the influence. Christopher was taken into custody and transported to Monroe County DUI Center to be fingerprinted and processed in this case. Christopher will be charged with DUI second offense charges pending blood results.
