Zoning Hearing for Dimensional Variances in Pocono Summit Lake Development

PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of Coolbaugh Township will conduct a public hearing on May 29, 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Coolbaugh Township Municipal building located at 5520 Municipal Drive, Tobyhanna, Coolbaugh Township,Pennsylvania, 18466. The purpose of the hearing is to consider three applications for dimensional variances seeking relief from the yard setback requirements of Section 400 Attachment 2 of the Zoning Code to allow the construction of residential structures that will encroach into the rear yard setback requirements. The Application was submitted by Classic Quality Homes, the owner of the subject properties. All three properties are located in the Pocono Summit Lake development consisting of original lot joinders as follows: Lots 72-78, Section F, Tax ID 03.5.1. 55-4; Lots 79-82, Section F, Tax ID 03.5.1.55-2 and Lots 82-87, Section N, Tax ID 03.5.1.166-1. The properties are located in the R-3 Zoning District.
