UPPER DUBLIN SCHOOL DISTRICT MAPLE GLEN, PA UPPER DUBLIN SCHOOL DISTRICT (THE DISTRICT) WILL BE ACCEPTING SEPARATE SEALED BIDS FOR AUGMENTATION TO THE CURRENT HANDHELD RADIO SYSTEM UNTIL TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2025 AT 10:00 AM AT THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 1580 FORT WASHINGTON AVENUE, MAPLE GLEN, PA 19002, ATTN: KELLY GALLAGHER. BIDDING DOCUMENTS CAN BE FOUND ON THE DISTRICT WEBSITE UNDER DEPARTMENTS, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, CURRENT BIDS/RFPS. BIDDERS MUST DELIVER BIDS TO KELLY GALLAGHER AT THE ABOVE-REFERENCED ADDRESS NO LATER THAN TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2025 AT 10:00 AM AT WHICH TIME ALL BIDS WILL BE OPENED AND READ ALOUD IN THE ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 1580 FORT WASHINGTON AVENUE, MAPLE GLEN, PA 19002. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE BID OPENING. BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2025 AT 10:00 AM. THE DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT A BID WHICH IS INCOMPLETE OR IRREGULAR, THE RIGHT TO WAIVE NON-MATERIAL DEFECTS IN A BID RECEIVED, THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT A BID WHICH IN THE DISTRICT'S JUDGMENT IS IN THE DISTRICT'S BEST INTERESTS AND THE RIGHT TO REJECT ALL BIDS.
