NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of East Stroudsburg will conduct a Public Hearing at the Borough of East Stroudsburg Municipal Building, 24 Analomink Street, Pennsylvania, on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at 7:00 pm to consider the following:
ZHB #250003 Applicant Gregory and Jaclyn Kessel of 210 Grand Steet, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. Applicants seek a use variance to §157-39 to allow a multi-family dwelling, as defined in the Code of the Borough of East Stroudsburg, in the R-1 Zoning District. The property is located in the R-1 Zoning District. The Code of the Borough of East Stroudsburg prohibits multi-family dwellings in the R-1 Zoning District. The property is located at 187 Grand Street, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301. The property is located at the easterly corner of the junction of Grand Street and State Street, Monroe County Parcel Tax Map No. 05-4.1.10.29-1.
The application will go before the Borough of East Stroudsburg Planning Commission for review and recommendation at the meeting scheduled on March 11, 2025 at 7:00 pm.
