TWIN BOROUGHS RECYCLING COMMITTEE NOTICE OF 2025 MEETING SCHEDULE Notice is hereby given that the Twin Boroughs Recycling Committee, comprised of the Stroudsburg Borough Recycling Committee and the East Stroudsburg Borough Recycling Committee, will meet on March 24, June 23, September 22, November 24, and December 22, 2025, at 5:00 pm, in the Council Chambers of the Stroudsburg Borough Municipal Building, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg, PA 18360.
