LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of Pocono Township, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing, held pursuant to the Pennsylvania Local Agency Law, commencing at 6:00 p.m. on March 17, 2025, at the Pocono Township Municipal Building located at 112 Township Drive, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372 to consider the application of F. Andrew Wolf, Esquire, Successor Trustee of the Marilyn Butz Testamentary Trust, concerning Chapter 382, Dangerous Structures, of the Pocono Township Code of Ordinances. The applicant is appealing the Township Code Enforcement Officer's Notice of Dangerous Structure/Order to Demolish, which indicates that the subject property violates §382-4 of the Ordinance. The subject property is known as Monroe County Tax Parcel I.D. No. 12.11A.1.93. The subject property is located in the C Commercial Zoning District.
Copies of the application materials are available for public inspection at the Pocono Township Municipal Building, 112 Township Drive, Tannersville, Pennsylvania 18372, during normal business hours. An opportunity will be afforded to any citizen and to all parties in interest to be heard with respect to this application.
