Find Your Center: Guided Meditation w/ Luz

With Spring around the corner, now is season to take time for yourself to reconnect and recharge. Join Luz Gonzalez--our inspiring instructor of weekly Chair Yoga, Cardio, and Movement classes--for a grounding meditation session designed to ease stress and uplift your spirit.
In this one-hour session, Luz will lead you through a guided meditation focused on mindfulness, and deep breathing techniques. Whether you're new to meditation or experienced, this is a perfect chance to nurture calmness and clarity.
What to Bring:
Personal water bottle to stay hydrated
Yoga Mat for maximum comfort if you prefer to meditate lying down or seated on the floor.
Chair Cushion if you choose a seated chair meditation--cushions can enhance comfort! (Chairs provided.)
Optional: A blanket. You may become cool during the meditation process.
