ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - ASPHALT PAVING
The Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority (GLRA) invites sealed Bids for the asphalt paving of the shop access area at the GLRA and/or the recycling area access road. Bidders shall bid unit prices for new paving and reconstruction paving.
Interested Bidders can secure Specifications, Drawings, and Bid Sheets free of charge at the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority Maintenance Facility, Russell Road, Lebanon, between 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. Requests for Specifications to be mailed can be made by calling 717-867-5790 ext. 318.
The Bids will be received by mail or hand delivery in a sealed envelope (plainly marked) BID FOR PAVING 2025. Bids will be accepted at the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority Office, 1800 Russell Road, Lebanon, PA 17046, Attn. Lori Baker, Operations Manager, until March 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened shortly after the bid due date and time in the GLRA Administrative Building. The Authority may award the bid and issue a Notice to Proceed at the regular Board Meeting to be held on April 2, 2025 at it's discretion. All Bids submitted shall be valid for a period of 30 days from Bid Opening.
A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, as well as Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount are required for this contract.
The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids as authorized by law, and to award the contract to other than the lowest Bidder(s).
