NOTICE OF TWIN BOROUGHS RECYCLING AD-HOC COMMITTEE MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Twin Boroughs Recycling Ad-Hoc Committee, comprised of members of East Stroudsburg Borough Council and Stroudsburg Borough Council, will meet on Monday, February 24, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The purpose of the meetings is to discuss the operations of the Twin Boroughs Recycling Center. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers of the Stroudsburg Borough Municipal Building, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg PA 18360, and is open to the public. Lawrence E.
