NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that the Stroud Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, beginning at 6:30 P.M., at the Stroud Township Municipal Center, 1211 North 5th Street, Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania 18360. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Charidy Simmons' application for a waiver or modification from the riparian buffer regulations found at § 23-303 of the Stroud Township Stormwater Ordinance.
The application relates to the 0.30 acre property owned by Sara Suzan Mortensen, Charidy Mae Simmons, Michael Simmons, Lashell Johson, and William Johnson, which is located at 563 Lakeside Drive, in Stroud Township, Monroe County, PA. The property is further identified as Parcel # 17.15A.2.200 and Map # 17-6392-01-46-9691.
