This notice is sent to you in an attempt to collect a DEBT and any information obtained from you will be used for that purpose.
Your house (real estate) at Unit FV 19B, Int. No. 27, Fairway Village, Shawnee Village, Shawnee-on-Delaware, PA 18356 is scheduled to be sold at Sheriff's sale on February 27, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Monroe County Courthouse, Stroudsburg, PA. In the event the sale is continued, an announcement will be made at said sale in compliance with PA Rules of Civil Procedures, Rule 3129.3.
AN UNDIVIDED one fifty-second (1/52) co-tenancy interest being designated as Use Period No. 27 in that certain piece of parcel of land, together with the messuage (and veranda, if any), situate in the Township of Smithfield, County of Monroe, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, shown and designated as Unit No. FV 19B on a certain Declaration Plan-Phase 1 of Stage 1, of Fairway House Planned Residential Area, as duly filed in the Office for the Recording of Deeds, etc., at Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, in and for the County of Monroe, on September 4, 1974, at Plot Book Volume 23, Page 99.
BEING THE SAME premises which Marie Garraffo, widow, of Lindenhurst, New York, by deed dated April 2, 2014 and recorded on April 15, 2014 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Monroe County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book Volume 2436, at Page 5782, granted and conveyed unto Lisa Waszmer and Richard J. Waszmer, Jr. a married couple.
