Notice is hereby given that on February 12, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Tunkhannock Township Municipal Building located at 1557 Long Pond Road, Long Pond, PA 18334, the Board of Supervisors of Tunkhannock Township will hold a public meeting to con-sider enacting the following:
AN ORDINANCE OF TUNKHANNOCK TOWNSHIP AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNSHIP AND BREEZELINE (FORMERLY KNOWN AS ATLANTIC BROADBAND)
A copy of the full text of the ordinance and agreement may be examined at the ad-dress set forth above, during normal business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Mon-day through Friday.
