NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Stroudsburg will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, beginning at 4:30 p.m., in the Borough's meeting room at 700 Sarah Street, 2nd Floor, Stroudsburg, PA 18360 to deliberate and render a decision on the application of Glenroy H. Prince for special exception use approval to operate a church or place of worship at the property owned by BP Properties, LLC and located at 114 N 9th Street, in the Borough of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, in the Commercial (C-1) zoning district. The Board received evidence in this matter at a hearing on December 17, 2024 and the record is now closed.
The complete application is available for inspection (without charge) or copying (for actual copying costs) at the Borough's office at the address listed above on weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Anyone may attend the hearing and those who are affected and have legal standing may participate in the proceedings.
