NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors will conduct a public hearing at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 2162 Route 715, Reeders, Pennsylvania 18352, on January 23, 2025 beginning at 5:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearing is to determine if there is a dangerous structure in violation of Chapter 4, Part 1 of the Jackson Township Code of Ordinances (formerly Ordinance No. 2001-103) on property located at 137 Doll Road, Jackson Township, Pennsylvania. The property is owned by David R. Haseney and is further identified as Monroe County Parcel ID # 08.4.2.26-28 and Map # 08-6361-00-24-2441. The Board of Supervisors received a report from its Code Enforcement Officer that a single-family dwelling on the property is in a dangerous condition constituting a nuisance in violation of Chapter 4, Part 1 of the Jackson Township Code. The property owner and all other persons having an interest in the property are hereby given notice of the opportunity to appear before the Board at the above referenced hearing to show cause why the building reported to be a dangerous building should not be repaired, vacated or demolished in accordance with the standards and requirements of Chapter 4, Part 1 of the Jackson Township Code. The public and all interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing and to present any relevant evidence in connection with this matter.
