BEGINNING at a crack in the concrete sidewalk on the Westerly side of North Seventh Street, said crack being the Southeasterly corner of lands of George Shafer, from which an iron pin in the Westerly side of North Seventh Street bears (Bearings from the M.M of 1959) North five degrees West distant twenty-three and eleven one-hundredths feet and a cross-0cut on the corner walk, the intersection of the Westerly side of North Seventh Street with the Southern side of Sarah Street, bears North five degrees West distant seventy-seven and eighty-six one hundredths feet; THENCE along the Westerly side of North Seventh Street South five degrees East thirty-three and one-hundredths feet to a cut on said walk; thence in part by lands formerly of Samuel Dreher and in part of lands of Chester H. Rhodes, South eighty-five degrees West fifty-eight feet to a point near an iron fence post; thence by lands of said Chester H. Rodes, North five degrees West thirty-three and thirty-three one hundredths feet to a point near an iron fence post, the Southwesterly corner of lands of said George Shafer; thence by lands of said George Shafer and in part through a party wall of the building situate partly on the above-described premises and partly on lands of said George Shafter North eighty-five degrees East fifty-eight feet to the place of BEGINNING.
