Anti-Skid Material Bid

CHESTNUTHILL TOWNSHIP BID NOTICE - 2024-2025 Season ANTI-SKID Material FOB & Delivered SEALED BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED by the Chestnuthill Township Board of Supervisors at the Township Municipal Building 271 Route 715, Brodheadsville, Pa., until 9:00 a.m. on Friday, January 3, 2025, and will be opened on Friday, January 3, 2025, at 9:15 a.m. and be discussed and possibly awarded at the Board of Supervisors meeting scheduled on Monday, January 6, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. for the following: 3,000 tons Penn-DOT AS 2 Anti-skid. Quantities are estimated and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the Roadmaster. The bid price shall be stated for FOB material picked up and delivered material. All materials shall comply with the specifications as provided in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication Number 408/1atest edition. Proposals must be on forms supplied by Mike Manfre, Assistant Roadmaster, which can be obtained by calling (570) 992-7247 or by email mmanfre@chestnuthilltwp-pa.gov. Bidders shall provide with the bid proposal a certified check, bank cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid made payable to the Municipality.
