NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Jackson Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, beginning at 4:00 P.M., at the Jackson Township Municipal Building, 2162 Route 715, Reeders, Pennsylvania 18352. The purpose of the hearing is to consider Fall Spring Creek, LLC's application for conditional use approval to construct a solar array on two parcels with a combined acreage of 54.79 acres in the R-1 zoning district. Applicant makes this conditional use request pursuant to § 27-401 (R-1 Residential District), § 27-1236 (Solar Power Generation, Commercial), and § 27-1405 (Issuance of Zoning Permits) of the Jackson Township Zoning Ordinance.
Applicant is the equitable owner, and Vincent A. Piccone, Jr. and Colleen Piccone are the record owners, of the subject property, which is located behind 2425 Mountain Road, Jackson Township, Monroe County, PA, and is comprised of the following two parcels: (1) Parcel ID No. 08.7.1.13, consisting of approximately 47.84 acres and (2) and Parcel ID No. 08.7.1.14-1, consisting of approximately 6.95 acres, both of which are more fully described in the Deed recorded in the Monroe County Recorder's Office in Deed Book 443, Page 35.
