Public Hearing on Cable Franchise Agreement

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOROUGH OF STRODUSBURG Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of the Borough of Stroudsburg, Monroe County, Pennsylvania, will hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance of the Borough of Stroudsburg, as follows: ORDINANCE OF STROUDSBURG BOROUGH AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE BOROUGH AND BLUE RIDGE CABLE TECHNOLOGIES, INC. A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the Stroudsburg Municipal Building, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg PA 18360. Following the public hearing, the Ordinance will be considered for final adoption. A copy of the full text of the proposed Ordinance summarized above may be examined by any citizen between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday in the Office of the Borough Manager located at the Stroudsburg Municipal Building, 700 Sarah Street, Stroudsburg PA 18360. A copy of the same is on file and may be inspected at the Monroe County Law Library, Courthouse, Stroudsburg Pennsylvania, and a copy of the full text of the proposed ordinance has also been provided to the Pocono Record. If speech, vision, hearing or other accommodations are necessary to participate, please contact the Office of the Stroudsburg Borough Manager during normal business hours at least seven (7) days in advance of the public hearing.
