BE BRAVE Third Annual Three Sisters Fall Wellness Retreat In need of a reset? Join us for a time to face your fears and focus on your authentic brave self! Enjoy a transformative time in a beautiful setting disconnecting from everyday life. Leave feeling empowered and courageous. Weekend will include: Opportunities for self-reflection, conversation, growth and connection Space for exploring how to be brave in body, mind and spirit Ropes course: challenge by choice Nourishing healthy meals Free time for rejuvenation in nature Optional: yoga & bible study This year's retreat is led by three sisters with a passion for community, emotional and physical wellness, and spiritual health. Megan Logan, LCSW, therapist and best-selling author will lead workshops based on 25 years of experience as a licensed clinical therapist and her two books, Be Kind to Yourself: 52-Week Workbook to Nurture Your Beautiful Self through the Good Times, the Messy Times, and All the Seasons In Between and 'The Self Love Workbook for Women'. Megan will lead sessions on naming your fears, taking risks, and cultivating courage. Shannon Sherfey, MD, DipABLM, RYT-200 is double board certified in Family Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine, with 24 years of experience as a family physician, and a newly certified yoga instructor. She is committed to guiding others to flourish and live their best life. Shannon will facilitate a session on regulating the nervous system/stress response and will offer several optional opportunities to practice yoga. Carmen O'Shea, Director of Pocono Plateau Camp & Retreat Center, and Licensed Local Pastor in the United Methodist Church, will facilitate a session on social connection and community, a challenge by choice experience, and anoptional bible study.
