Are you craving the bright, aromatic flavors of fresh herbs but dread the idea of tending to a sprawling outdoor garden in the cooler months? EMPL and the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners, Monroe County have the perfect solution - a small, hands-on workshop to teach you how to start your own thriving indoor herb garden!
This special workshop is happening on Wednesday, October 16th at 2pm in the cozy Eisemann Room at the Hughes Library (1002 N. 9th Street, Stroudsburg, PA). Led by our expert Master Gardeners, you'll learn how to select and care for fall-friendly herbs like sage, thyme, and rosemary - ideal for growing in a sunny windowsill. We will provide all the pots, seeds, soil, and other supplies you need, along with plenty of personalized instruction.
Registrations are required. Spots are limited for this small interactive workshop, so be sure to register early by calling 570-421-0800 ext. 317. The best part? It's completely free to attend! Simply give us a call to secure your spot.
