NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TAKE NOTICE, that the Heart & Lung Hearing Board, of the Stroud Area Regional Police Commission, will hold a Heart & Lung Hearing to address the issue as to whether Heart & Lung benefits that are currently being provided to a SARPD employee should be terminated. The hearing will be held before the Heart & Lung Board, on July 18, 2024, at 9:30 a.m., at the Stroud Area Regional Police Headquarters Meeting Room, 100 Day Street, East Stroudsburg, PA. The hearing is open to the public. All interested parties are welcome to attend. As the hearing relates to personnel and medical issues, the employee has the option to have the hearing held in private without public view. If so elected, the public will be precluded from participation.
