The Tobyhanna Conservation Association was formed in 1966 by a group of local sportsmen, including the Gleoggler Brothers. The Charter states that Conservation, a state of harmony between man and the land, and the proper harvesting of fish and game so as to retain nature's delicate balance, shall be the purpose of this organization.
The presentation by Bill Leonard will cover the history of the organization, including raising trout, youth programs, and some Gleoggler Family history.
