NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING ADOPTION OF PROPOSED ORDINANCE NUMBER 204 AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO ENACT PROPOSED ORDINANCE NUMBER 204 OF NORTH

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Supervisors of North Londonderry Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, that it will meet in public session at the North Londonderry Township Municipal Building, 655 East Ridge Road, Palmyra, Pennsylvania, 17078, on March 17, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., prevailing time, to conduct a hearing on North Londonderry Township proposed Ordinance Number 204. At the conclusion of the public hearing, the North Londonderry Township Board of Supervisors shall consider proposed Ordinance Number 204 at its regularly scheduled meeting on March 17, 2025, and subsequently, if appropriate, at that meeting, or at a subsequent public meeting held within sixty (60) days of the date of publication of this Notice, may enact an Ordinance, the title of which is as follows:
Ordinance Number 204: An ordinance amending the codified ordinance of North Londonderry Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, amending chapter 50 (Brush, Grass and Weeds) §50-1 (Definitions) by amending the definition of weeds to read A plant that is determined to be injurious to public health, crops, livestock, agricultural land or other property and is included in either the Pennsylvania or Federal Noxious Weed list.
Copies of the proposed ordinance may be examined without charge or may be obtained for the cost thereof at the North Londonderry Township Municipal Building, 655 East Ridge Road, Palmyra, Pennsylvania, 17078, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., prevailing time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
All interested parties and residents and taxpayers of North Londonderry Township, Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, are invited to attend the public meeting, where they may obtain information on this proposed ordinance and where they shall have the opportunity to be heard.
